“I absolutely loved the challenge! It was really life changing for me! I lost 10.8 pounds of fat in 5 weeks!!! Yay! I gained so much more though! I gained: energy, a calmness, confidence, muscle, and a whole new wardrobe of clothes (clothes that have been hanging in my closet that didn’t fit). I started to feel thinner and stronger within the first few days. The results happened quickly, which really kept me inspired and motivated!
The food plan is easy enough! There are great recipes to help you plan some great meals. I really didn’t have any major cravings and I can honestly say that I wasn’t every hungry.
My only regret is not signing up sooner! It really was the best thing that I have ever done for myself!"
